Service is more than a project—it is a way of life. It is identifying a need and then working to meet that need (often anonymously) in your home, your ward, your school, and your community. Identify ways that you can improve your community. (Volunteer opportunities can be found at JustServe.org.) Select one of those service opportunities and serve regularly (at least twice each month) for a period of two months. Write in your journal about your experiences and discuss with a parent or leader how you felt as you served in your community.
